Kimberly Schreiber is a founding member and CEO of NeuroNav.
She is Stanford University’s first ever Social Entrepreneurship Fellow and she spent the past two years leading a team of Stanford students in research around the challenges faced by developmentally disabled adults as a graduate student and a Stanford Impact Design Immersion Fellow. She also interned for L’Arche Internationale advising on international practices for neurodiverse communities.
Prior to her time at Stanford, Kim was instrumental to the growth of Zola Electric, a venture-backed solar social enterprise providing reliable, affordable clean energy to off-grid communities in Sub-Saharan Africa. She helped grow the company to over a million customers across five African countries leading product, marketing and executive strategy.
Kim was also a television producer and financial analyst for Bloomberg News where she produced daily segments for the technology broadcast “Bloomberg West.” She also served as a volunteer leader for Young Life Capernaum working weekly with a group of young people with developmental disabilities to challenge their limits while building self-esteem through group activities, overnight camps, and adventures and has annually fundraised for Autism Speaks since 2007.
She holds a MBA from Stanford University and a Bachelors of Art in Foreign Affairs from the University of Virginia.
Kim is committed to creating greater opportunities for adults with developmental disabilities. She is most excited for walking alongside families and individuals in finding the right supports to help unlock a person’s full potential.
She has spent most of her life navigating service providers alongside her younger brother Stephen who is autistic. His experience and the challenge of creating the support structure he needed inspired her work in this space.
When she isn’t working, Kim is always outside enjoying the great outdoors. She is an avid rock climber and recently completed a lifelong goal of scaling El Capitan.
