Jeff Mathiesen

Jeff Mathiesen is the current Director at NeuroOne Medical Technologies Corporation. Jeff has also held the position of Advisor to the CEO at Teewinot Life Sciences from March 2019 to December 2019. Prior to that, they were the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at Gemphire Therapeutics from September 2015 to September 2018. During their time at Gemphire, they successfully led the company's 2016 initial public offering (IPO) and listing on NASDAQ, as well as various financing initiatives that raised nearly $100 million. Jeff also expanded investor relations initiatives, leading to the initiation of coverage by nine U.S. analysts. From January 2005 to December 2010, Jeff Mathiesen was the Vice President & CFO at Zareba Systems, Inc. Jeff has also served on the board of directors for eNeura, Inc. from July 2018 to February 2020, and Sun BioPharma, Inc. Currently, they are the Lead Independent Director, Vice Chair, and Audit Committee Chair for Sun BioPharma.
