Amy Treadwell

Amy Treadwell is an experienced human resources leader currently serving as Vice President of Human Resources at NeuroPace since October 2024. Previously, Treadwell held the position of Vice President, People at CyCognito, focusing on global team growth and recruitment processes from January 2022 to February 2024. At Carbon Health, from January 2020 to November 2021, Treadwell expanded the People team significantly. Treadwell also served as Global Vice President, People & Culture at Jumio Corporation and was involved in HR Mergers & Acquisitions at Fitbit. Treadwell holds a Juris Doctor degree from Santa Clara University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from the University of Southern California.
