Caitlin Echols M.ed

Caitlin Echols, M.Ed, currently serves as the Talent Acquisition Lead at NeuroPsychiatric Hospitals since July 2022. Prior experience includes roles as an Executive Recruiter at Summit BHC from August 2020 to July 2022 and at Acadia Healthcare from June 2016 to August 2020, where Caitlin held positions as an Executive Recruiter, Physician Recruiter, and Recruiter for Outpatient Opioid Treatment Centers. Caitlin began their career in recruitment and admissions at Lee University, serving as Assistant Director of Undergraduate Admissions and Recruiting from June 2011 to May 2016, and previously as an Admissions Counselor. In addition, Caitlin completed an internship in Youth and Discipleship at Free Chapel in summer 2010. Educational credentials include a Master of Higher Education Administration and a Bachelor's degree in Education and Pre-Law, both obtained from Lee University.
