Dustin Thiels

Dustin Thiels currently serves as the Executive Director of Quality and Compliance at NeuroPsychiatric Hospitals since August 2025. Prior experience includes holding the position of Chief Executive Officer at River Place Behavioral Health Hospital from September 2021 to October 2025 and serving as Chief Executive Officer and Group CEO at Acadia Healthcare from October 2019 to October 2025. Additionally, Dustin held the role of Chief Executive Officer at Options Behavioral Health Hospital and served as Chief Nursing Officer at Longleaf Hospital from April 2017 to October 2019. Earlier in the career, Dustin worked as an Emergency Room Nurse and Clinical Supervisor at CHRISTUS Health and as a Registered Nurse at Rapides Regional Medical Center. Education was obtained at Northwestern State University.
