Kathleen Pierson

Kathleen Pierson has a vast experience in various leadership roles within the medical device industry. Kathleen has served as the Chief Commercial Officer at NeurOptics and Vice President of Global Sales and Marketing. Prior to NeurOptics, Kathleen worked as a Principal at The HAE Group, where Kathleen provided strategic solutions for medical device companies. Kathleen also held the position of Chief Operating Officer at DEC Associates, Inc. and has a background in sales, marketing, and managed health care systems. With a Bachelor of Science degree from Purdue University and further education from Pepperdine University, Kathleen brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the field.
