Margarita's career began with customer-facing roles at Inditex and E. & K. Stergiou & Co., complemented by research experience at the Agricultural University of Athens, where investigations focused on sunflower and maize hybrids' resistance to weeds and herbicides. Margarita holds a Bachelor of Science in Agronomy and Crop Science and a Master of Science in Food Science and Technology, both from the Agricultural University of Athens.
