The Patient Services team at Neuroscience Group ensures a seamless and compassionate experience for patients from the moment they seek care. Comprised of roles such as Manager, Patient Access; Medical Receptionist; Patient Access Team Lead; and Patient Service Representative, this team manages patient scheduling, initial reception, and coordination of care, while prioritizing personal care and efficient service to uphold the company's mission and values.
