Bruno Buisson

Founder, President and CSO at Neuroservices-Alliance

Bruno Buisson has an extensive work experience in the field of neuroscience and pharmacology. Bruno is currently the Founder, President, and CSO at Neuroservices Alliance, a position they have held since March 2019. Prior to this, Bruno was the General Manager & Chief Scientist at NEUROSERVICE from July 2006.

Bruno'sprevious role at TROPHOS SA as the Head of Dpt Pharmacology involved the selection and investigation of lead compounds, as well as the characterization of their targets and mechanisms of action. Bruno also designed and performed in vitro pharmacological assays for lead compound development. Bruno worked at TROPHOS SA from November 2000 to June 2006.

Bruno's early career involved academic research and teaching at the University of Geneva. Bruno served as a Master Assistant from September 1996 to November 2000, where they conducted Patch-Clamp recordings to characterize the properties of human nicotinic receptors. Bruno also taught medical students during this time. Prior to that, they worked as a Post-Doc and Master Assistant at the Department of Physiology from January 1993 to August 1996.

Bruno Buisson completed their Master's degree in Biochemistry/Neuroscience from Ecole Normale Supérieure de Cachan between 1986 and 1990. Later, they pursued their PhD in Neuroscience from the University of Montpellier from 1990 to 1993.
