Cathey Edwards

Cathey Edwards has over 35 years of professional work experience in corporate paralegal roles. Cathey began their career in 1984 as a Senior Corporate Paralegal at Pillsbury Madison & Sutro. From 1993 to 2008, they held Senior Corporate Paralegal roles at Venture Law Group and Venture Law Group Heller Ehrman. In 2008, they joined Paradigm Counsel LLP as a Senior Corporate Paralegal and held a Senior Corporate Paralegal (Contract) role there until 2011. From 2005 to 2008, they also worked as an Investor Relations Manager at NeuroSky, Inc. and as a Corporate Consultant for an independent contractor. In 2011, they volunteered as an Executive Director for Faith In Action Silicon Valley Rotating Shelter.

Cathey Edwards attended Booker T. Washington from 1972 to 1976. Cathey then went on to Virginia Tech, where they earned a BA in Sociology, Political Science & Management Housing & Family Development in 1979. Cathey also attended Santa Clara University School of Law from 1988 to 1989, but did not receive a degree.
