Santiago Orellana

Santiago Orellana is currently the General Team Leader at NeurotechUofT, where responsibilities include leading a team of twenty in the design of a wearable device for measuring concentration through EEG/EOG signals. With experience as a Freelance Fullstack Web Developer, Santiago has developed dynamic web applications for various clients. Previous roles include Software Engineer at Vodra, Robotics Instructor at the Institute of Robotics and Intelligent Systems Canada, and Mechanical Engineering Intern at CT Bakery, focusing on automation systems. Santiago's early experience includes positions as a FIRST Student and Web Developer and various kitchen roles at Lone Star Texas Grill. Santiago is pursuing a dual degree in Physics and Computer Science at the University of Toronto, having completed high school education at St. Aloysius Gonzaga and St. Francis Xavier Secondary School.
