Rhon Go

Rhon Go started their career as a Professor at the University of the Cordilleras in 2004 before transitioning to an Associate Instructor role at Saint Louis University in 2005. Rhon then moved into various operational roles in the BPO industry, including Operations Manager at Sitel from 2008 to 2013, Operations Manager - Program Head at Concentrix from 2013 to 2016, and Senior Operations Manager at Sitel Group from 2017 to 2020. Rhon then became the Supplier Performance Leader at General Motors from 2016 to 2017. Currently, Rhon serves as the Head of Operations at Neusoft since 2021. Rhon'sexperience includes project management, monitoring call center activities, and ensuring service delivery meets client requirements.

Rhon Go obtained a Master of Arts in Philosophy from Saint Louis University in 2008 after completing their college education in Philosophy at the same institution from 2000 to 2004. Rhon also attended high school at Saint Louis University from 1996 to 2000. Additionally, Rhon Go acquired various certifications in areas such as Data, Economic Modeling, Forecasting, Key Account Management, Customer Service, and many more from LinkedIn in 2021.
