Zhang Xiao’ou

Mr. Zhang, born in 1972, has served as Senior Vice President and CFO since April 2012. He has also held the position of General Manager of Neusoft Japan since January 2016.

Mr. Zhang joined Neusoft in April 2000 and first worked as Financial Director and served as Senior Vice President and Financial Operating Officer from 2008 to 2012.

Mr. Zhang received his master’s degree in business administration from Northeastern University, China, and an Executive MBA degree from China European International Business School. He is also a Senior Certified Public Accountant in China and an ACCA member.
