Bryan Carter is a seasoned corporate executive with over 30 years of experience in procurement, contracts management, and commercial real estate development. Currently serving as the Vice President of Commercial Real Estate, Project, and Facility Management at NeuStar since 2002, Bryan oversees finance operations supporting $400M in annual spend across multiple regions and has led significant organizational changes driven by acquisitions. Prior to NeuStar, they held positions at Radiation Systems and Winstar Communications, where they managed government procurement and corporate procurement groups, respectively. Bryan earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Management from Strayer University, graduating Cum Laude.
