Currently serving as a formulator at Neutraderm, Inc. since November 2022, Hien Duyen Tran specializes in developing and preparing personal care products and reverse engineering prototypes. Prior experience includes formulating popular cosmetic products at Seed Beauty and innovative skincare lines at JAFRA Cosmetics International, where Hien Duyen Tran demonstrated expertise in creating specifications and ingredient lists. Earlier roles at ABOVE RINALDI LABS INCORPORATED, Aware Products, Thibiant International, Thermo Fisher Scientific, and UC Davis provided a solid foundation in cosmetic formulation, quality control, and laboratory techniques, complemented by a strong academic background in biochemistry and molecular biology.
