Vinod Venugopal has a diverse work experience in the insurance and technology industries. Vinod currently serves as the Customer Success & Solution Delivery Lead - Insurance at Neutrinos since 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Bharti AXA Life Insurance as the VP Grade - Product Engineering & Digital Transformation from 2020 to 2023, where they implemented a successful digital transformation blueprint and earned several prestigious awards. From 2016 to 2020, they were the AVP - Digital Transformation & Delivery at Aditya Birla Sun Life Insurance, leading digital applications for sales and distribution. Before that, they worked as a Delivery Manager for BFSI at L&T Technology Services Limited, where they led teams for wealth, investment management, and insurance sectors. Vinod also has experience as a Program Manager & Business Head at HCL Technologies, Head of Insurance Products at Agile FT, Project Manager at Birlasoft (India) Limited, and Project Manager & Implementation Consultant at 3i Infotech Ltd. throughout their career.
