Xavier Lleixà

Xavier Lleixà is currently the CPO at Neutroon. Prior to this, they held the position of Global Product Line Manager at DigimEvo from July 2007 to July 2018. In this role, they were responsible for all product management and product marketing for Consumer and SMB Unmanaged and Plus Switches ( +150M$ Annual Revenue). Xavier successfully developed product positioning, business plans and GTM strategies ( growing double digits in a declining market), regained #1 market share position in EMEA and NA for Unmanaged and Plus Switches, and successfully identified growth segments and launched +20 new switching products in Consumer and SMB. Xavier also managed the entire product life cycle for Consumer Switches from NPI to EOL.

From October 2006 to July 2007, Xavier Lleixà held the position of Consultor Senior Networking at Oesia. Prior to that, they were the Senior Network Administrator at Nexica from October 2005 to October 2006, and the Network Administrator (Interim) at INFORAMASI from June 2004 to September 2004. Xavier began their career as an R+D+I Engineer (Interim) at TENEA from May 2003 to October 2003.

Xavier Lleixà has an Executive MBA from Esade, a Certificate of Completion in Product Management from University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business, a Competitive Strategy from HEC Paris, Doing Business in China from Fudan University, Leading in Changing Environment from Case Western Reserve University, a Master in IT Security in IT Security from Universitat Oberta de Catalunya, a MsC Telecommunications Engineer in Telecommunications from Universitat Ramon Llull, and a Bachelor Networking Engineer in Telecommunications from Universitat Ramon Llull. Xavier also has certification from Cisco in CCIE Security (Written) and Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert Security, EC-Council in CEH and Certified Ethical Hacker, Microsoft in MCP and Microsoft Certified Hyper-V Professional, and VMware in VCP-NV and VMware Certified Professional Network Virtualization.
