Damian Flores

Damian Flores has extensive experience in production management within the cement industry, currently serving as Production Manager and Optimization Manager at Nevada Cement Company since April 2023. Previously, Damian held the role of Production Manager at GCC Rio Grande Portland Cement from January 2017 to February 2023, overseeing a department of 35 employees. Earlier roles include Raw Materials Manager and Control Room Leader at GCC, where responsibilities encompassed safety training, budgeting, and compliance with regulatory standards. Damian's career began at Davis Wire, progressing from Galvanize Line Operator to Production Supervisor. Damian holds an Associate's degree in General Studies from Pueblo Community College, completed in 2017.
