Lisa Deal

Lisa Deal is an experienced professional with a robust background in operations and proposal management. Currently serving as the Corporate and Program Operations Manager at Nevada Nanotech Systems Inc since April 2014, Lisa plays a key role in the development and manufacturing of MEMS-based sensor modules for various applications. Prior to this, Lisa owned IRIS Designs from 2001 to 2010, a prominent home staging firm in the Bay Area that successfully staged over 600 properties. From 1987 to 2001, Lisa held the position of Manager, Proposal Operations at TRW - Sunnyvale, overseeing a team responsible for developing competitive proposals for large-scale programs. Lisa's career began at Lockheed Space and Defense from 1976 to 1987, focusing on acquisition management and collaborating with capture and proposal teams. Lisa holds a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of California, Davis, earned between 1972 and 1976.
