Josh McCumber serves as the R&D Engineering Manager 1 at Nevada National Security Sites, where responsibilities include managing high energy density physics diagnostics and production engineering. With extensive experience in various engineering roles, Josh has held positions such as Project Manager and Primary Investigator focused on mid-infrared pyrometry for inertial confinement fusion applications, and has developed expertise in areas such as neutron imaging and explosives testing. Currently pursuing a Doctor of Engineering in Engineering Management at The George Washington University, Josh has also engaged in graduate studies in Electrical Engineering and Computer Engineering at Johns Hopkins University.
