Misti Duplex

Misti Duplex is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in management and leadership roles. Currently serving as a Senior Manager at Nevada National Security Sites since May 2004, Misti also runs a business as the Owner of BB Frösch, a position held since June 2024. In addition, Misti contributes to the community as a Board Member for Dress for Success of Southern Nevada, starting in January 2024. Misti's educational background includes a Doctor of Public Policy from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas, expected in May 2026, a Master of Science in Management and Leadership from Western Governors University, a Bachelor of Science in Psychology with a minor in Business Administration from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas, and an Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management from the College of Southern Nevada.
