Teresa Lakes, M.Ed has a background in Human Resources Management and has worked in various roles within Learning and Development. Currently, Teresa is the Senior Training Specialist at Nevada National Security Site and also the Owner and Business Strategist at Redesign to Align. Teresa has experience as an Instructional Designer for different companies and holds a Master's degree in Education with a focus on Learning and Technology. Additionally, Teresa is certified as a Section 508 Trusted Tester.
