Vera Hicks

Vera Hicks is an experienced educator and trainer specializing in life skills, transitional skills, and employability skills, currently serving as a Trainer/Facilitator at Nevada Partners, Inc. since March 2015. With previous roles that include Case Manager at Solomon's Porch Counseling Center and Special Educator at Somerset Academy, Vera has a strong background in supporting students and clients through personalized instruction and case management. Additionally, Vera has held supervisory and educational positions across various organizations, including St. Jude's Ranch for Children and the Clark County School District, contributing to the development and empowerment of special education students. Vera holds a Master’s degree in Educational Leadership and Administration from the University of Phoenix and a Bachelor’s degree in Special Education and Teaching from the University of the District of Columbia.
