Csilla Kittlinger

Csilla Kittlinger is an accomplished professional in the hospitality and event planning industry, currently serving as the National Sales Manager at The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas since September 2015, having previously held the role of Senior Account Executive. Prior experience includes serving as the Director of Event Planning at Richmond Marriott, where responsibilities encompassed managing a team, conference planning, and revenue forecasting. Csilla's earlier roles included positions as Bench Food & Beverage Operations Manager and Hotel Restaurant Manager at White Lodging Services, where management of food and beverage operations and private dining event planning were key responsibilities. Csilla holds a Bachelor's degree in Tourism and Hotel Management from Budapest University of Economics and Business and is currently pursuing an Executive MBA at UNLV Lee Business School, expected to complete in December 2026.
