Sarah Hayden

Sarah Guenther Hayden, CPCE, currently serves as the Associate Director of Catering and Conference Services at The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas since June 2022. Prior to this role, Sarah held various positions at Bellagio from 2014 to 2022, progressing from Catering Sales Manager to Senior Catering Sales Manager. Sarah's earlier experience includes managing catering and conference services at Palms Casino Resort and serving as a staff trainer at Tommy Bahama Restaurant & Bar, where training was focused on service standards. Additionally, Sarah worked at Outback Steakhouse as a Server, Staff Trainer, and Administrative Assistant, managing budget and payroll communications with the corporate office. Sarah began a career in hospitality while at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, where responsibilities included running the front desk as Resident Office Manager for the Residence Halls. Sarah holds two Bachelor of Arts degrees in Political Science and Government and US History from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas.
