Sean Lanni

Sean Lanni is a seasoned executive in the hospitality and gaming industry, currently serving as President and COO of The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas since February 2024. Previously, Lanni held the position of President of International Marketing at MGM Resorts International from September 2020. Lanni's extensive experience includes serving as Senior Vice President of International Marketing at MGM MACAU from August 2016 to March 2024 and various leadership roles at MGM Resorts International, including Vice President of Casino Marketing Development and Executive Director of International Development and Administration. Early career roles include positions at MGM MIRAGE Hospitality and MGM Grand Macau. Lanni earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Santa Clara University between 2002 and 2006.
