Michelle Kelley

Michelle Kelley has extensive experience in retirement plan administration and employee benefits management. Currently serving as the Director of Retirement Plan Administration for the Nevada System of Higher Education since June 2013, Michelle oversees all aspects of defined contribution plan management including vendor contracts, investment oversight, and compliance with fiduciary responsibilities. Prior roles include Executive Officer and Retirement Plan Manager at the University of Nevada Reno, where responsibilities encompassed managing health, welfare, and retirement programs across multiple campuses, with a focus on compliance with federal and state laws. Additionally, as the Employee Services Manager at Dreyer's Grand Ice Cream, Michelle facilitated various employee services and supported the HR department, while earlier experience as an Administration Officer at Queensland University of Technology involved financial and human resources management for the Equity Section.
