Prabhakaran Munusamy

Prabhakaran Munusamy is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the pharmaceutical and materials science sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Manager at Nevakar Inc. since May 2022, Prabhakaran specializes in injectable drug-led combination products and devices. Prior roles include Manager of Product Development at Aucta Pharmaceuticals Inc., focusing on inhalation and ophthalmic sterile drug products, and Senior Scientist at Ferring Pharmaceuticals, where the emphasis was on biopharmaceutical long-acting injectables. Previous experience encompasses various research and development positions, including Senior Formulation Scientist at Lupin Pharmaceuticals and Postdoctoral Research Fellow at Pacific Northwest National Laboratory, with a strong background in drug-device combinations, nanoparticles, and nanomaterials.
