Neve Strategic Communications helps organizations win EU-funded projects and deliver the communication work that makes their results visible.

We work across the full project lifecycle. On the proposal side, we design and write competitive applications for EU funding programs - our founding team has led winning proposals in competitive EU programs, achieving a success rate several times above the program average. On the delivery side, we lead communication and dissemination work packages inside funded consortia, managing everything from strategy and stakeholder engagement through to EC reporting.

We take full ownership of the work we do. When we lead a communication work package, the consortium doesn't need to chase deliverables, coordinate messaging across partners, or worry about reporting deadlines. When we work on a proposal, we align every section to how evaluators actually score.

Neve was founded in Brussels in 2026 by Daniela Vervloet and Karel Nemecek, who bring together deep experience in EU-funded project delivery with operational and strategic expertise from the technology sector.

We work with research consortia, NGOs, public institutions, and private sector partners across multiple EU funding instruments including Creative Europe, Erasmus+, and Horizon Europe.
