Abhishek Hawal has a diverse work experience spanning across various industries and roles. Abhishek is currently working as an Associate Director, New Business & Growth at Never Grow Up® where they focus on employee engagement, employer branding, and communication. Prior to this, they held the role of Sr. Business Partner & Wolverine at Never Grow Up®, where they were involved in business and project management, as well as employer branding and internal communication projects. Abhishek has also worked at SPRD as a Sr. Business Partner & Wolverine, specializing in public relations and digital influence. In addition, they are currently a Business Mentor at adplist.org, where they share their expertise in employer branding, growth hacking, and people management. Earlier in their career, Abhishek had experience as a Marketing Manager at ICFAI University and as a Relationship Manager - Sales and Business Development Executive at Future Education Ltd.

Abhishek Hawal completed an Executive Development Programme in Digital Transformation Strategy at XLRI Jamshedpur from 2023 to 2024. Prior to that, they obtained a PGDM degree in Marketing from iFEEL - Institute for Future Education Entrepreneurship and Leadership between 2013 and 2015. Abhishek also holds a Bachelor's degree in Management Studies with a focus on Marketing/Marketing Management from K J Somaiya Institute of Management, which they earned from 2008 to 2011. Abhishek's education journey began at St John's The Baptist High School, where they completed their HSC education in Commerce from 1994 to 2006. In addition to their formal education, Abhishek has obtained several certifications, including The Fundamentals of AI Tools and The Persuasion Code, Part 3: The Neuroscience of Closing Sales in 2023, and The Fundamentals of Digital Marketing, Learning Design Thinking, Marketing Tools: SEO, Marketing on Instagram, and Social Selling Foundations: Using Content to Drive Engagement in 2021.
