Drishti Dedhia

Drishti Dedhia is a seasoned design professional with extensive experience in the work culture sector. Currently serving as Design Manager at Never Grow Up ® since February 2023, Drishti has progressed through the company from Graphic Designer to Senior Graphic Designer, contributing to initiatives focused on employee engagement, employer branding, and workplace culture. Prior to this, Drishti worked as a Product Designer at FORM3D Solutions Private Limited from October 2016 to March 2018 and completed an internship at Meshined Design Consultancy LLP in December 2015. Drishti holds a Bachelor's degree in Industrial and Product Design from Symbiosis Institute Of Design, completed in 2016, and received early education at Seva Sadan English Medium School from 2001 to 2010.
