Kevin also served as the Board of Director and Audit Committee Chairman at Wright Medical, a medical device company that was acquired by Stryker in a $4.7 billion all cash transaction. Kevin has also served as the Board of Director and Audit Committee Chairman at Sientra, Inc. and ZELTIQ, a medical device company that was acquired by Allergan for $2.4 billion in an all cash transaction. Kevin has also served as the SVP and Chief Financial Officer at Advanced BioHealing and as the Chairman of the Board of Directors at GenMark Molecular Diagnostics.
