Kevin O'Boyle

Kevin O'Boyle has over 20 years of experience in the medical device industry. Kevin is currently the Director at Nevro, a minimally invasive medical device company. Prior to joining Nevro, Kevin served as the Board of Director at NeoTract, a minimally invasive medical device company that was acquired by Teleflex for $1.1 billion. Kevin also served as the Board of Director and Audit Committee Chairman at Wright Medical, a medical device company that was acquired by Stryker in a $4.7 billion all cash transaction. Kevin has also served as the Board of Director and Audit Committee Chairman at Sientra, Inc. and ZELTIQ, a medical device company that was acquired by Allergan for $2.4 billion in an all cash transaction. Kevin has also served as the SVP and Chief Financial Officer at Advanced BioHealing and as the Chairman of the Board of Directors at GenMark Molecular Diagnostics.

Kevin O'Boyle has a Bachelors in Accounting from Rochester Institute of Technology and a Executive Management degree from UCLA Anderson School of Management.
