Gennadiy Khayutin

Managing Partner, Direct Indexing at New Age Alpha

Gennadiy Khayutin is the managing partner of Direct Indexing at New Age Alpha. Gennadiy has over 20 years of experience in the investment and finance industry.

Khayutin started their career as a managing director and senior portfolio manager at Transparent Value, where they were part of the original management team. While at Transparent Value, Khayutin developed a unique way of analyzing companies' ability to deliver performance implied by the current company valuation (Required Business Performance or RBP). In 2009, Khayutin left Transparent Value to join Guggenheim Partners as a managing director and portfolio manager. During their time at Guggenheim, Khayutin continued to develop their RBP methodology and also built an offshore presence for the company in Mumbai and Chennai, India. In 2019, Khayutin left Guggenheim to join AWSM Bank as an advisor and investor.

Khayutin has been with New Age Alpha since May 2019 and is currently the managing partner of Direct Indexing. Under their leadership, New Age Alpha has continued to develop unique strategies and index methodologies using the proprietary RBP methodology.

Gennadiy Khayutin received a Bachelor of Science in Finance & Information Systems from the NYU Stern School of Business. Gennadiy also attended the Moscow Aviation Institute (National Research University).

They work with Colin Morse - MD, Portfolio Specialist, Philip Smerkovitz - Consultant, SEO Manager, and William Wilson - MD, Strategic Partnerships. Their manager is Armen Arus, Co-Founder & CEO.
