Keith Kemp

Keith Kemp is the Senior MD of Fund Operations at New Age Alpha. Keith has over 12 years of experience in the finance industry, holding various positions at Macquarie Capital Investment Management LLC, Transparent Value Trust, and Transparent Value, LLC.

At Macquarie, Keith was responsible for overseeing the growth of operations for 4 to 15 international equity funds. Keith was also in charge of fund accounting and administration, middle office operations, and FX/cash management for open and closed end mutual funds and hedge funds. Keith was instrumental in developing, documenting, and implementing controls, processes, and procedures for all operational activities related to the funds. Keith also provided strategic direction and implementation management for the Business Process Re-engineering of the SIMCORP Dimension portfolio accounting system. As a result of Keith's efforts, the New York operations were transformed from back office to middle office functions.

At Transparent Value Trust, Keith served as Principal Financial Officer and Treasurer. In this role, they were responsible for all financial reporting, SEC filings, and compliance matters. Keith also assisted in the RFP and selection process for a new fund accounting, transfer agent, and custodian.

Keith has been with New Age Alpha since May 2019 and has been instrumental in growing the company's operations. Keith is a respected leader in the finance industry and their experience has helped New Age Alpha become a top firm in the space.

Keith Kemp earned a Bachelor of Science in accounting from the State University of New York at Oswego.
