Trupti Palav

Trupti Palav has been working in the food industry since 2005. Trupti began their career at Rich Products Corporation as a Food Technologist, then moved on to become a Senior Scientist and Scientist. In 2018, they joined Tate & Lyle as a Principal Scientist and in 2022, they were appointed Head of Food product, R & D at New Age Eats.

Trupti Palav received their Masters in Food Science from Penn State University between 2003 and 2005.
