Michael Felts

Michael Felts is an experienced Scrum Master with a proven track record in implementing agile methodologies and managing cross-functional teams. Currently serving as a Scrum Master at New Age Technologies since December 2020, Michael previously held similar roles at PSST, LLC. and SkuVault, where leadership of distributed teams resulted in consistently delivering projects within scope and deadlines. Additionally, Michael has a solid background as a Business Analyst at Kentucky Farm Bureau, facilitating communication between customers and development teams, and as a Commercial Underwriter, focusing on account risk selection. Michael holds an MBA from the University of Louisville College of Business Graduate Programs and a degree in Finance from the University of Kentucky, along with an AINS designation in General Insurance.
