Chad Winstel

Chad Winstel has extensive experience in the hospitality and service industries, currently serving as a waiter at Alfios Buon Cibo since August 2016 and as a concierge at New Albany Country Club since March 2016. At New Albany Country Club, Chad enhanced member satisfaction through effective concierge practices and implemented new protocols to improve the overall member experience. Prior roles include Senior Consultant at RedFynn Technologies, server at Main Street Cafe, and chef at Dewey's Pizza, where important skills such as customer service, staff training, and multitasking were developed. Chad's career began as a caddie at Coldstream Country Club, where strong communication skills were cultivated. Chad holds a degree in Applied Business/Communication Design from the University of Cincinnati, earned between 2009 and 2012.
