Chelsea Nichols is an experienced Planner II who has worked at New Albany since July 2022. Prior to that, Chelsea held positions at the City of Westerville from October 2009 to July 2022, including City Planner, Assistant City Planner, and Secretary for the Planning & Zoning Division. Chelsea received their education from Otterbein University.
