Hans Schell

Hans Schell is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in both city planning and agency management. Since March 2017, Hans has served as a Committee Member on the Planning & Zoning Commission in New Albany, Ohio, where responsibilities include recommending zoning boundaries and regulations, as well as staying informed on best practices in city planning. Concurrently, Hans has been the Owner and Agent at State Farm since 1998, overseeing all aspects of business operations, including strategic planning, finances, and staff training, while ensuring profitability and continuous growth through effective management of revenue and expenses. Hans holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business and Marketing from the University of Dayton.
