New Alimenta was born in 2013 as a Research and Development corporate, from an ancient pastry and bread-making tradition. In 2017 Andrea Maurizio, Chief Executive Officer, and Pierfrancesco Maurizio, Plant Manager and Head of R&D, founded New Alimenta by combining artisanal production and technology, thus creating a new food culture.
