Shaena Korby

Shaena Korby is New America’s director of budget, grants, and reporting. Prior to joining New America, Korby worked for 8 years at World Relief, an international aid and development agency operating in 13 U.S. states and 14 countries around the world. During her time at World Relief, Korby served on a short-term assignment in Africa and managed multiple facets of the HQ finance department, ranging from grants management to financial planning and analysis.

Korby is a proud Hokie having earned her B.S. in economics from the Pamplin College of Business at Virginia Tech. She resides in Washington D.C. with her French bulldog named Walter.
