Beth Richards has extensive experience in the mortgage and real estate industries, currently serving as a Loan Officer Assistant and Licensed Loan Officer at New American Funding since October 2014, where strong knowledge of loan products and underwriting requirements is utilized to assist clients in finding suitable mortgage options. Previously, Beth worked as a Production Assistant at Wallick & Volk Mortgage Bankers and as a Loan Officer Assistant at Lotus Realty Group. Additionally, experience as a Short Sale Negotiator, Realtor, and Transaction Coordinator at Keller Williams Realty spans nearly a decade. Beth's educational background includes attendance at California State University San Marcos and Vista High School.
