Cindy Fleming

Cindy Fleming, CMP, currently serves as an Event Manager at New American Funding since July 2024. Previously, Cindy held roles including Treasurer at ILEA San Diego, Event Technology Success Manager at ConferenceDirect, and Event Coordinator at Biocom California. With extensive experience in project management across various organizations, Cindy has demonstrated expertise in event execution, budget management, and cross-departmental coordination. Notable achievements include growing the AVID National Conference in both size and return on investment, as well as implementing a Donor Recognition tracking system at Rady Children's Hospital. Cindy holds a Master's Degree in Psychology from National University and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from San Diego State University.
