Hans Kwadwo Kwakye is a seasoned cybersecurity and risk management professional with extensive experience in governance, risk, and compliance (GRC). Currently serving as a Cybersecurity GRC Analyst at New American Funding since May 2022, Hans has successfully led projects focused on Business Continuity Planning, enhancing organizational resilience through improved risk assessment and incident response frameworks. Previously, as a Senior GRC Manager at UTC Aerospace Systems from January 2014 to April 2022, Hans spearheaded the Enterprise Risk Management project, optimizing risk assessment processes and enhancing the overall risk management framework. Hans holds a Master's degree in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management from Indiana University - Kelley School of Business.
