Anne Flomenhaft serves as the Deputy Director of Program Evaluation and Operations at New American Leaders since July 2017, previously holding roles as the Manager of Political Programs and the Political and Data Coordinator. Flomenhaft has been instrumental in implementing strategies for political programs, managing the endorsement process, and developing training events for candidates. With a robust background in political analysis and outreach, Flomenhaft has also contributed to the evaluation of program effectiveness and the advancement of new Americans' engagement in the political process. Prior experience includes internships at ACG Analytics, New American Leaders, Searchlight Direct Contact, and with Congresswoman Carolyn McCarthy. Flomenhaft holds a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science from Manhattanville University.
