Ghida Dagher has a diverse work experience spanning various sectors and roles. Ghida is currently the CEO and President of New American Leaders. Prior to this, they served as the Director of Appointments at the Executive Office of Governor Gretchen Whitmer from 2019 to 2021. Ghida also worked as the Director of Government Partnerships & Community Affairs at United Way for Southeastern Michigan from 2013 to 2018. Additionally, they were a Founding Partner at TwoFiveFour Consulting from 2016 to 2018. Before that, they held the position of Advocacy & Civic Engagement Specialist at the Arab Community Center for Economic and Social Services & Nat'l Network of Arab American Communities from 2011 to 2013. Ghida Dagher started their career as the Chief Programming Officer at the Michigan Student Assembly from 2009 to 2011.

Ghida Dagher pursued their undergraduate education from 2007 to 2011 at the University of Michigan, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree. Ghida focused on studying Political Science and Middle Eastern and North African Studies during their time at the university.
