Lorenzita Santos currently serves as the Southwest Regional Program Manager at New American Leaders, where responsibilities include recruiting and training 1st and 2nd generation immigrants to run for office and providing one-on-one consultations with candidates across Nevada, Arizona, and Colorado. Previously, as Organizing Director at One APIA Nevada, Lorenzita managed and trained organizers during the 2022 election cycle, supervising numerous canvassing and phone banking events. Prior roles include Outreach Manager at the Asian Community Development Council, where recruitment efforts resulted in over 6,500 voter registrations, and earlier positions focused on voter outreach, library assistance, and food service. Lorenzita holds a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government from the University of Nevada, Reno.
