Prof. Rana Das-Gupta, MD

Mr. Rana Das-Gupta is a fully accredited Consultant Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeon with the NHS, currently serving at The Warwickshire NHS Trust. He holds consultant positions across multiple institutions, including University Hospital Coventry, Warwick Hospital, George Eliot Hospital, and Stratford-Upon-Avon Hospital.

In addition to his clinical roles, Mr. Das-Gupta is an Honorary Associate Clinical Professor of Plastic Surgery at the University of Warwick, where he is actively involved in establishing a new

MSc degree program in Plastic Surgery.

He plays a significant role in surgical training and regulation, serving as Secretary of the West Midlands Plastic Surgery Training Committee and as a member of the National Selection Committee for plastic surgery trainees. Furthermore, he contributes to professional standards as a panel member for the General Medical Council (GMC), reviewing applications to the UK Specialist Register.
