Cathy Reyes-Gallardo

Cathy Reyes-Gallardo is a Technology Specialist at PwC since June 2023, responsible for monitoring incident ticket queues and handling technical tasks such as re-imaging machines and performing BIOS resets. Prior experience includes serving as Cash Office Lead at The TJX Companies, Inc. from November 2019 to January 2023, and an Assistant position at the Global Japanese Tea Association, where collaboration with co-founders focused on community building and education on Japanese tea. Additional roles include internship and customer engagement at Kyoto Obubu Tea Farms and assistant supervisory work at Casino Pier and Breakwater Beach. Cathy holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with a focus in International Business and a minor in German from Rider University, and completed a summer program at Freie Universität Berlin in 2016. Educational training includes participation in NPower in late 2022.
