Vadim Vaynerman

Co-Founder and Principal Hardware Engineer at New Ascent

Vadim Vaynerman has worked in the engineering field since 2004. Vadim began their career at AAI Corporation as an Electrical Engineer I. In 2007, they worked as a Staff Engineer II at ARINC and an Electrical Engineer II at Raytheon Solipsys, where they worked on flight software deployed on several instruments for the final Hubble Telescope servicing mission. From 2008 to 2010, they were a Flight Software Engineer at SRA International, where they developed flight software for US Air Force spacecraft. Since 2010, they have been a Principal Engineer at Bottom Line Technologies Inc., where they design Xilinx FPGA devices and trains other design engineers. In 2021, they became Co-Founder and Principal Hardware Engineer at New Ascent, where they design small form factor circuit boards and microcontroller programming for a series of small suborbital spacecraft.

Vadim Vaynerman received a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Maryland between 2000 and 2005. Vadim is also a certified member of the Xilinx Alliance Program with Xilinx Inc.
